FRAMED PICTURE & WALL-HANGINGS Sections 1- 5 (items not to exceed 80” in perimeter) 1. Hand quilted wall-hanging 2. Machine quilted wall-hanging 3. Counted cross-stitch picture 4. **NEW ITEM** Item of Rug Hooking - not to exceed 30" X 36" finished size. Design may be original, commercial or an adaptation. Categories: Primitive, Widecut, Fine Shaded Flowers or Fruit, Landscape/Pictorials, Geometrics.
