RULES & REGULATIONS FOR OUTDOOR EXHIBITS

Please read - some Rules have been changed)


1.   Every animal exhibited must be the bonafide property of the exhibitor (or the exhibitor shall forfeit all prizes that may have been awarded to him/her).

2.   Only entries in livestock, horses/ponies may compete for more than one prize. *Check individual classes for the rules of the particular event.

3.   Beef and Dairy cattle, and horse entries will be accepted up to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Sheep and Goat entries will be accepted up to 10 a.m. on Sunday. NOTE: This does not apply to Western Horse Show, English Horse Show or Children’s Pony Show on Sunday.

4.   Exhibitors from a distance, with livestock, will be permitted to leave the grounds at 4:30pm on the day of the exhibit at the Fair.

5.   NO STOCK OR HORSES SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ROAM AT LARGE ON THE FAIRGROUNDS

6.   It is discretionary with the secretary to issue complimentary tickets.

7.   In case of bad weather, or any unforseen circumstances, this Society only binds itself to pay as much pro rata of the prize money as is consistent with the receipts.

8.   Please make sure to read the Inside Rules & Regulations' rules #1 to #5; #7 to #13.

9.   Entry forms will be accepted in advance and up until time of Judging.

10. “DO NOT LIST YOUR ANIMALS’ NAMES IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION OF THE ENTRY FORM. PLEASE LIST ACCORDING TO BOOK”

11. Collection of exhibitor fees may be done by the director in charge of the Class showing. Please make sure name and address is readable.

12. ALL LIVESTOCK: 1 rider and 1 handler (driver) per vehicle will be allowed in at the gate.

13. The Judge has the right to disqualify any exhibitor under the influence of alcohol.

14. Judge’s decision is final.
