MAPLE PRODUCTS
Maple Syrup - Maple Sugar - Maple Butter

This class has been temporarily discontinued due to lack of interest.

RULES:

1. Each entry to consist of two 250 ml Kent style glass containers. Will NOT accept mason jars.
2. All maple syrup must be above 66 Brix. Syrup, under this, will be disqualified.
3. This year’s judging will be by a representative of the Ontario Maple Syrup Association.

Prize Money - 1st $9.00, 2nd $7.00, 3rd $6.00

1. Maple Syrup, Canada No. 1, Extra Light Grade
2. Maple Syrup, Canada No. 1, Light Grade
3. Maple Syrup, Canada No. 1, Medium Grade
4. Maple Sugar, 1/2 pound package, or grouping (Cream Sugar)
5. Maple Butter, Two 250 ml. (8 oz.) jars
