Entries accepted Thursday, Sept. 25th (1:00pm-8:30pm)
Prizes - 1st - $4.00, 2nd - $3.00, 3rd - $2.00
1. Amateurs only may enter - no dealers 2. Exhibits to be the property of the exhibitor 3. Exhibitors may make ONE entry ONLY in any one class, unless otherwise stated 4. The same article MAY NOT be entered 2 yrs in a row 5. Articles must be at least 50 yrs old (prior to 1958) 6. Condition and age to be considered. Small cracks or flaws will not disqualify 7. No article to exceed 15" high or photocopied unless otherwise stated 8. If any article is in a box - the box will not be judged 9. Entry tags to be securely fastened to the article 10. Entry tags will be opened unless requested 11. For safety, articles are not to be removed from display cases by persons other than the directors) 12. Each exhibitor MUST present his/her exhibitor form when entries are picked up on Sunday. Only the director(s) will remove articles from the display cases
13. Display will close at 3:30 pm but antiques can be picked up at 4:00 pm (Sunday) (no earlier)

We, the directors, would like vintage (50 years old) dresses or hats, to be displayed in our section for the Fair Weekend (Sept 26th - 28th). We can only accept so many pieces and in order not to duplicate outfits, please call Margaret Waring @ 686-3646 after July 1st but before August 30, 2008 to make arrangements for her to view and avoid duplication. Articles should be in good condition. If possible, bring a picture of the person wearing the article and identify the person and approximate age or year of the article. Limited space is available - first come - first serve
